This in-depth workshop helps you reconnect with your body using self-myofascial release. Learn techniques using therapy balls, blocks, and your own touch to release tightness and improve mobility—focusing on neck, shoulders, hips, lower back, and feet. Includes mindful movements and calming breathwork to support nervous system regulation. All levels welcome; props provided.

S.A.F.E. Yoga (Ahimsa)

S.A.F.E. yoga is an ongoing four week series. Teaching yoga for safety with Osteoporosis, Scoliosis and Hypermobility.
- Systematic — Asanas (poses) are taught with somatic awareness, emphasizing stabilization and control.
- Adaptable — Each movement can be tailored to individual abilities and goals, making them accessible to everyone.
- Functional — Asanas (poses) are designed to support functional activities, encouraging healthy biomechanics and alignment that carry over into daily life.
- Effective — Consistency leads to meaningful results.

Chair Yoga
Groups, events, and Wednesdays at 11:00 at Airmid Wellness
The chair is a wonderful prop, providing a firm foundation for your yoga practice. It adds to your experience by offering support and stability so you are free to concentrate on other parts of the pose. We will also use other accessible modifications, like the wall, as we focus on proper posture and healthy spinal alignment through familiar sequences.

With over 20 years of experience in arts and movement, I offer a unique, multi-disciplinary approach to children's events and classes. From my early years as an art mentor to a decade in specialized arts-based preschools and private schools, I've developed a teaching style that seamlessly blends music, movement, and creative expression. My background includes three years as a Program Director at a private kids' yoga studio, three years as a resident yoga teacher at Pen Ryn and nearly eight years as a guide at Earth School. I am experienced in managing diverse groups—including babies with caregivers, young children, and students with special needs—ensuring every event is inclusive, engaging, and grounded in mindfulness. Whether I'm leading a high-energy group or a quiet creative session, my goal is to foster a space where children feel seen, supported, and inspired to move.
